Telecommunications systems would be ineffective without effective dispersion-compensating technologies. To ensure fiber laser welding machines perform with constancy and durability throughout their lifetime, care coupled with a maintenance culture should be instilled as core practice. The relevance of core maintenance and its activities brings out the durability of the system by cutting fibre laser welding machines' regular inspection among others, augmenting effectiveness as a whole. Moreover, incorporating feedback into routine operator training would markedly improve productivity. In these maintenance recommendations, there are all the necessary elements with a view to assisting operators develop skill beliefs that enable him/her to operate their fibre laser welding machines economically.
