The working principle of a press brake consists in applying force on rods and sheets of metal and bending it into the required shape or figure. This is accomplished through the arrangement of a movable ram and a fixed bed where the metal sheet is sandwiched. The moving ram descends and pushes the sheet, pressing it against the die located beneath it. All the RAYMAX press brakes are equipped with state of the art CNC technology that enhances the efficiency of the bending process. In addition to reducing chances of human error, this automation optimizes production supply, making our machines suitable for mass producing circumstances.
